NOTICE: For the week of September 20-24, 2021, we will be open during regular business hours but we will not be processing any mail orders (call in, website or mail in) due to the 1st Cavalry Division “Cav Week” as well as the 1st Cavalry Division Association 73rd Annual Reunion being held at the Shilo Inn in Killeen, which begins on Wednesday, September 22nd. If you have placed an order through our website after 2 P.M. on Thursday, September 16th, we will begin processing orders on Wednesday, September 29th in the order that we received them. The Gift Shop (Copperas Cove & Fort Hood locations) will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021 & we will be open 12-4 on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
Any orders placed after 2pm CST Thursday, July 01, 2021 will not be processed until July 6th or 7th.

In reference to online orders: Normally I fill orders Monday – Thursday @ the Association HQ but last week, I took Friday off as well as this past Monday. So Any orders from Wednesday afternoon to Tues have not been processed.
And then, my assistant’s husband tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday so she had to get tested. And on Friday, her test came back positive. So, now she is off for 2 weeks & I have to fill in at the actual gift shop. But, then I had to be tested Friday because of her positive test. Luckily, I tested negative. YAY!!!!
Her Dr has released her to return to work as of today so now I can fill orders. And orders are actually being filled right now.
Sorry for the long story but I wanted you to understand why it’s taking me as long as it is.
I (Michelle) am fulfilling orders Monday-Thursday at the Association HQ. If your order comes in after 2 pm CST on Thursday, it will not get filled until the following week.
On rare occasions, I may not be able to fill orders on Thursday or Monday if myself or my assistant takes off a day or two from work.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion if your order is not updated Thursday through Monday.
When you place an order with us on the website, we do not see your credit card information. We use an outside payment portal that processes the credit card payments. So if you want us to add anything to your order, examples: overnight shipping, we cannot add the extra shipping fee as we do not have your credit card information on file. You will need to call us at 254-547-7019 to give us the credit number that you would like us to use for additional shipping.
Due to recent changes in regards to shipping to foreign countries, we are limiting our shipping to the USA, Canada, APO, DPO, FPO and the US Territories.
The only method of payment that you can select on the website will be the credit card option. We have made the change as some customers have selected check payment and then we haven’t received a payment & it holds the merchandise in their cart. It makes that merchandise unavailable to someone that is ready to purchase it.
If you would like to pay by check, you will need to request a catalog from the Association (302 N. Main St, Copperas Cove TX 76522. Cost is $3.00) and you can send a check in with a catalog order to Crossed Sabers, 302 N. Main St., Copperas Cove TX 76522. OR—- you can put items in your cart & print the screen from your computer & send that in with a check. BUT—-the items you want may not be available by the time we receive your check.
You can place a phone order with the gift shop still, if you wish, to handle the order that way. But we can only accept credit card payments for phone orders as well.
